Designation:  Associate Systems Engineer

Job Details:

        Minimum of 12 to 20 months hands on support.
        Good communication Skills ( email and phone)
        Must have interest on Server and storage field.
        Good understanding or basic working knowledge servers and storage               devices.
        Good Troubleshooting and problem identification skills.
        ITIL Certification is preferred
        Previous experience in monitoring profile is preferred
        Education: BE / B. Tech / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science

        Additional Information: Shift work. (24*7*365) (This is 100% incident             monitoring and management role)

Job Description :

        Eye on glass monitoring, raising tickets for each monitoring
        Managing multiple monitoring screens
        Performing the backup activity for servers
        Access provisioning request to engineers. Timely response to e-mails             and requests
        Customer service: take ownership and manage all support cases via               emails/ticketing systems
        Provide regular updates to end users/requesters and close of their                 queries within agreed timescales.
        Problem escalation to the second level team and follow the defined               process.
        Attend team meeting and conf call and identify and highlight any issue           with process.
        Must be a team player
        Working with second level team during major outages.
        Initiating and coordinating recovery call for critical incidents
        Implements improvements to practice and client engagements, ensuring         performance targets are met in the business area
        Ensures internal processes match the business needs
        Interacts with internal groups.
        Demonstrated ability to end to end ownership and work with customer           and ensure client satisfaction and write technical reports.
        Focus on process improvement to increase both efficiency and customer           satisfaction
