Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat
Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
Desired Profile:
Experience-Fresher: ONLY NON-TECHNICAL GRADUATE OR BCA CAN APPLY
Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills in English
Willing to work night shifts
Good to Excellent typing speed / skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook
