The Candidate should possess Degree, preferably in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field
Excellent communication and customer support skills
Understanding of user experience
Must have knowledge of effective documentation development methods
Understanding of HTML, XHTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON and jQuery
Experience in using Database like MySQL, SQL Server
Experience in website support
Understanding of basics of TCP/IP & HTTP protocol (including proxies, caching, cookies, headers, status codes, POST/GET/HEAD methods, etc).
Must be fluent and articulate in English
