HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, MySql and atleast one web development technology like Ruby on Rails, PHP, ASP.NET etc with moderate experience in using Ajax and other basic web programming techniques etc.
Git knowledge is mandatory.
TDD experience would be quite an advantage.
