Job Details:
Good Experience in Hardware Maintenance, Desktop Level Support & Windows Administration
Hands on experience in trouble shooting both Hardware & Software related Problems
Experience on Server Admin / Network related complaints.
Hands on experience in Installation & troubleshooting of business applications.
Knowledge on any helpdesk management tool/remote support tool like PC anywhere etc, Vendor management and escalation knowledge.
Knowledge on OS like Windows etc.
Good Interpersonal skills & customer support attitude
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents (Hardware and Software) related to desktop and associated peripherals.
Troubleshoot Network connectivity LAN/Wi-Fi /VPN.
Install, Configure, Troubleshoot Windows XP/7.0, Windows server 2003/2008 & mail clients like MS Outlook, Lotus Notes.
Provide support to Softwares such as MS-Office, Acrobat Reader , Business Applications , Internet browsers.
Installation of different anti-virus on desktops and its role play/troubleshoot.
Configuration of Print devices (network and local) on desktops with troubleshoot at first level.
Install, Configure and Troubleshoot of various PC Hardware Components/Computer Assembly & Blackberry phones at Client site.
