- Update individual production, Query logs and any other process related logs.
- Communicate with Client using verbal and/or written mode.
- Ensure all Soft skills related trainings are completed and qualifying criteria met.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills mandatory
- Must be flexible to work in Global Shifts
- Good Attitude & Interpersonal skills.
