Candidates Must Have Good communication Skills ( email and phone)
Minimum of 12 to 20 months hands on support.
Must have interest on Server and storage field.
Candidates Must Have Good understanding or basic working knowledge servers and storage devices.
Candidates Must Have Good Troubleshooting and problem identification skills.
ITIL Certification is preferred.
Previous experience in monitoring profile is preferred
