Job Description:
Manage Talent Acquisition Vendor Agreements
Handle end to end transaction from receiving the request from internal stakeholders till agreement is signed
Interact, negotiate with both vendors & internal stakeholders
Process invoices / payments of vendors as per the agreement in the Peoplesoft accounting system across all geographies
Ensure adherence to TAT agreed with vendors and SLA agreed with the internal stake holders
Own the entire MIS activities
Ensuring 100% compliance
Process innovations and improvements
Support IG Programme with respect to creating Job Requisitions for WB & CB
Applicant Tagging
Reconciliation of JRs
Creating Avature, Broadbean Applicant ID
Staff Referral Manual processing of entries
TAM systems access and third party vendor access
