EMC India Hiring Freshers as Associate Application Developer - BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech,MCA

The Associate Application Developer will work with experienced application developers to design, implement and support production applications.

The Application Developer will build a strong competency in business processes and application functionality relevant to their area.

Demonstrates good knowledge of and adherence to IT processes and standards. Works well in both a team environment and independently.

The Associate Developer is expected to demonstrate a strong desire to learn new technologies and skills.

This individual may also be required to work in a team environment that consists of offshore resources.

Participates in translating Business Requirements into Functional and Technical Design documents.

Presents work for review and sign off by peers and/or management in his work group.
Develops and tests programs and interfaces as specified in Technical Designs and ensures all programming standards and policies are adhered to.

Provides production support of applications and is responsible for determining root cause as well as proposing and implementing solutions
