- Design and develop business critical Java / C++ / Ruby on Rails and other Object Oriented Programming languages.
- Work with other Developers, Architects, Development Managers, Business Teams to ensure timely delivery of a high quality overall solution that meets business requirements
- Understand the data model and its mapping to the various business processes
- Be adaptive. Be productive quickly in a new environment that is fast paced. Learn new processes and multiple technologies. “Roll up your sleeves” and do what needs to be done.
- Strong programming experience in OO languages like Java, C++, Ruby on Rails
- Exposure to Enterprise Application Integration technologies and techniques
- Experience in database modeling and design on Oracle
- Strong verbal/written skills
- Training in Quality Processes like ISO/CMM
