Job Details:

- Provide first level IT support to the users in USA office.

- Manage IT helpdesk by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the user"s desktop 

- Troubleshoot Network related issues.

- Troubleshoot Login and domain related issues.

- Troubleshoot Operating System and general Software related issues.

- Record escalations from employees and notify the IT head on any operational escalations and complaints.
