- Understanding of Linux/Unix and open source
Theoretical knowledge of networking, UNIX-like services and concepts
- Good analytical and reasoning skills
- Ability to communicate effectively English communication (written and oral)
- Self motivated and directed, with keen attention to details
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Incorporating findings in Red Hat’s knowledge base
- Team player
- Should be comfortable working in shifts and handle phone calls when required
- Preference would be given for candidates those have done their final year project on Linux or are currently contributing to open source projects
