- Good spoken & written English skills
- Willing to learn Progress/QAD products.
- Preferably residing in the Western Suburbs, with a family in Mumbai and having a permanent residence in Mumbai.
- should be ready to work in shifts ( 6.30 to 3.30 and 12.30 to 9.30)
- Learns QAD and Progress products
- Learns QAD processes and procedures
- Duplicating and analyzing the reported issues.
- Retrofitting patches.
- Efficiently search solutions to customer issues that are reported
- Learns to use professional concepts.
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Works on problems of limited scope.
- Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing - situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
- Preparing problem analysis documents and maintaining QAD knowledge base articles
