Job Details:
1) B.Tech (ECE/CS/IT/E&I/EEE) /BCA/ B.Sc (CS / IT / Mathematics / Statistics) as basic qualification
2) Good communication skills
3) Understanding of the Infrastructure Services Business (Knowledge of basic Networking and other technologies)
4) Manage Customer escalations and providing technical resolutions
5) Independent troubleshooting within SLA
6) Adherence to standard operating procedures / work instructions
7) Ensure quality of ticket closure and queue assignment
8) Maintain track specific records and Vendor management
9) Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
10) Participate in Talent Management meetings - sharing and acquiring knowledge
