Job Details:
- Handle lost and stolen calls for PLCC/ DC.
- Handle Fraud Detection calls for PLCC/DC.
- Essential Responsibilities: Evaluate accounts & Block/Unblock to prevent fraud
- Handle Customer queries on inbound calls and evaluate information on fraud/non fraud accounts
- Calling out (as and when required) to prevent fraud
- Work on potential fraudulent application & approve/decline them basis verification done
- Working knowledge of computers
- Excellent Verbal and written communication Skills
