- Must have excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Provide support to Separation of duties programs
- Assist in the generation, distribution, collection and review of audit reports
- Provide support to global access control solutions
- Responsible for monitoring control processes and reporting to management on any issues detected
- Responsible for ensuring that automated processes are functioning correctly
- Assist in the assessment of required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation in order to meet customer’s requirements.
- Provide L1 functional support for applications owned by the Internal Controls group
- Analyze new requirements for reporting
- Assist in the preparation of functional specifications and documentation to support new processes
- Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Provide training materials for end users
- Conduct Testing of new processes and systems deployed by the IT Compliance group
