Job Details:
1)Perform thermal/CFD Analysis using available and appropriate modeling software:
Geometry clean-up
Structured/unstructured grid generation
Materials and property definition, application of loads and boundary conditions
Perform engineering analysis
Interpret results
Validate results with basic calculations/experimental data as appropriate
2.Make presentation of modeling problem, methodology and results and communicate with engineering partners. Interface with internal and external customers regarding engineering issues identified from modeling.
3.Use modeling results to recommend design changes, process improvement, etc. Also, where appropriate, identify problem areas and troubleshoot quality of design and processes using insight gained from modeling. Similarly, use insight from modeling to recommend new designs/concepts or propose design changes in consultation with engineering partners.
4.Strive to continuously improve modeling practices in order to address new modeling areas or relevance for engineering, contribute towards productivity and quality improvement of routine modeling tasks.
5.Support project management activities by updating progress in project management tool on a timely basis.
