Troubleshooting and customer support during test runs, deployment and maintenance phases of cloud services.
Develop a deep understanding of our cloud based solutions.
Ability to perform presentations and product demonstrations at client premises.
Work with vendor support teams to identify and resolve more complicated problems
Assist Product Manager from a users point of view.
Document required bug fixes, end-user feature improvements and operations feature improvements.
Work with customer employees and consultants, including business managers, project managers, software engineers, security analysts, data center engineers, and customer NOC.
You must be comfortable setting up new servers, optimizing existing servers and be able to perform server surveillance, monitoring and maintenance.
