Ensure clarity and enhance understanding of new sales process and management systems

Interact regularly with the customers to ensure committed & partnership based relationship

Adherence to all financial & administrative systems

Drive R&R and exceed benchmark

Understand Associates business in depth and seek opportunity for business development & revenue generation

Regular team review and field visits, forging strong relationships.

Planning & Implementing all the lead generation, sales and customer care related activities for the business
