The candidate should 2012/ 2013 graduates with a Masters Degree
Preference will be given to those with a Masters degree in HR from premier institutes such as FMS, IIMs, XLRI, Symbiosis, TISS, MDI etc.

Is energetic and has good communication skills
Has the ability to work through changing requirements in a high paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders’ expectations
Good data analytics and MS Excel skills
