1. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
2. Foster long-term relationships with candidates
3. Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
4. Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
5. Format resumes meeting client expectations
6. Research new technologies
7. Create detailed job descriptions
8. Follow up with candidates

Desired Profile:
1. Ability to build strong relationships
2. Ability to learn technical information
3. Self-confidence and self starter
4. Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting
6. Should be willing to work in night shifts
7. Should be willing for a service agreement of 2 yrs against 1 lakh bank guarantee
